Remembering Christopher LaVell Jones
Christopher LaVell Jones was born in Oakland, CA, August 25, 1993. Christopher attended American High School in Fremont, CA and later attended East Oakland School of the arts, where he was an honor student. He was enrolled in Cal State East Bay in Hayward, at the time of his death.
On New Year’s Eve 2010 he became Oakland’s 95th and last homicide victim of the year.
