My Mom's Car Was Stolen

J.W commented: “I am 18 and have lived in my neighborhood my whole life and it has always been safe but I know that 10 years ago there wasn't a single chance my mother's car would've been stolen. My mom's car was stolen around 2 years ago. It was in our neighborhood which is pretty safe and was just a huge surprise. Other than that, I often see broken windows and glass on the floor and it makes me mad that it is so easy to do in our city without consequence. I also am upset with how easy it is to steal from stores like Walgreens and how you can only be prosecuted for a felony if you steal over $ 950.00 worth of things.”
